All orders from IES MASTER Publications are packed carefully in durable and secure packaging to ensure books reach students safely and in excellent condition. The package is designed to protect product quality during transit.
Delivery Across India
- We offer Pan-India delivery through trusted courier and postal partners.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 48 working hours after successful order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional service restrictions.
Order Processing
For prepaid orders placed through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or other online payment methods, processing begins after successful payment verification.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared on your registered mobile number or email address, allowing you to monitor shipment status in real time.
